Complaining

Level:  This is most suited to B1 / B2-  level students.

Time:  1.5 hours (depending on the length of speaking tasks and level).

This is a lesson to help students develop fluency and accuracy when complaining about products and services. It includes conversation questions, reading dialogues, vocabulary focus, focus on language for making and dealing with complaints, a role play and a vocabulary revision race.

We have a teacher’s copy (including teacher’s notes, a pronunciation guide and an answer key) and a student version which you can email to your class for online lessons.
