How it works …

Upon acceptance into the programme, affiliates will be provided with unique affiliate links. These links will be used to track referrals and attribute them to the affiliate.

Commission Structure:

Affiliates will earn a commission of 15% on the sale amount for each referred customer who makes a purchase using their affiliate link. Commission rates may vary for different products or services. The sale amount excludes taxes.

Payment Terms:

Commissions will be paid quarterly, within 7 days after the end of each quarter. Payments will be made via PayPal or bank transfer, depending on the affiliate’s preference. The minimum payment threshold is €20.00. If an affiliate’s commission does not meet the threshold, it will roll over to the next payment period.

Referral Tracking:

We utilise cookies to track referrals. When a customer clicks on an affiliate link, a cookie is placed on their device, which allows us to attribute the referral to the respective affiliate. The cookie duration is 90 days, meaning that if a customer makes a purchase within that time frame, the affiliate will receive the commission.

Prohibited Activities:

Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
 •  Using unethical or deceptive marketing practices, including false advertising or misleading information.
 •  Spamming or sending unsolicited emails to promote our products or services.
 •  Promoting our organisation in a manner that is offensive, inappropriate, or violates any laws or regulations.

Intellectual Property:

Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our trademarks, logos, and copyrighted materials solely for the purpose of promoting our products or services. Affiliates may not modify or create derivative works based on our intellectual property and cannot claim ownership of it.

Termination:

We reserve the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the programme if they violate the terms and conditions, engage in fraudulent activities, or fail to meet performance expectations. Termination may result in the forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.

Confidentiality:

Affiliates agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information they may access during their participation in the affiliate programme. This includes but is not limited to, proprietary business information, customer data, and marketing strategies.

Modification of Terms:

We may modify the terms and conditions of the affiliate programme at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or through our affiliate portal. It is the affiliate’s responsibility to review and accept the modified terms. Continued participation in the programme after the modifications indicate acceptance of the new terms.

By submitting the application form and participating in our affiliate programme, affiliates acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions. Our organization reserves the right to review and evaluate the performance of affiliates on an ongoing basis, and acceptance into the programme does not guarantee continuous participation.
