How do I download materials?

To access our Free Materials you will need to create a free account by clicking ‘Sign In/Register’ at the top of the homepage. Once you have registered, you will be logged in automatically and be able to download materials by clicking ‘Download’. You will receive a welcome email from us and another email to set your password.
To access our Premium Materials, you must purchase a 6-month or 12-month membership plan here. Once you have done so, you can log into your account, navigate to the materials you’d like to download and click ‘download’.

There is a problem with my account. Who do I contact?

If you are having any issues logging in or downloading materials, try clearing your browser cache, using a different browser, or logging in in incognito mode. If this doesn’t resolve your issue, you can contact us through our contact page and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please give us as much information as possible regarding the issue so that it can be resolved quickly.

How do I become a member?

You can view our membership options here. You can become a free member to access our free materials or join for 6 months or 12 months to access our premium materials. We also have a School Package option.

How do I change my password and username?

If you are logged out, you can reset your password here. Enter your username or email address and you will receive a link to create a new password via email.
If you are logged in, you can change your password and username here.

How can I order an invoice?

You can contact us through our contact page to request an invoice.

Is it possible to pause my membership?

We allow Premium Members on an Annual Plan to pause their membership once in a 12-month membership period. Please contact us through our contact page if you would like to do so.

Can I cancel my account?

Yes, you can cancel your account here and request your details to be removed from our records at any time by contacting us through our contact page. Please be aware that we do not issue refunds once you have had access to our premium materials. You can read more about our Terms & Conditions here.

How can I use your materials?

As mentioned in our Terms & Conditions, you may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, sell, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, display, or in any way exploit any of our Intellectual Property or that owned by any third party and accessible to you via our website. You may not use our name or logos or trademarks or any other content on any website of yours or that of any other person. You agree that at all times you will:
not cause or permit anything which may damage or endanger our title to any of our Intellectual Property;
notify us of any suspected infringement of the Intellectual Property;
indemnify us for any loss or expense arising from your misuse of the Intellectual Property;
not use any name or mark similar to or capable of being confused with any name or mark of ours.

Where can I find the Answer Key and Pronunciation Guide for each lesson?

These are included in the Teacher’s Notes of the teacher’s copy of each lesson. Make sure you download both the Student Copy and the Teacher Copy downloading each lesson.

How do I search for materials on the website?

You can search using keywords in the Search box or the drop-down menu under ‘Materials’ on the homepage.

Do you offer a free trial?

No, we don’t offer a free trial of our Premium Memberships but we do provide 100+ FREE Materials for you to try out in class. You can register for a free account and start downloading our free materials instantly.

I can’t see my welcome email in my inbox. What should I do?

Check your spam/junk folder. If you see it there, remove it from the spam folder, move it to your inbox, and mark it as not spam so future emails will appear in your inbox. If you don’t see it, contact us.

I contacted TEFLlessons.com but I haven’t heard back in 48 hrs. What should I do?

I have found an error in a resource. What should I do?

Contact us and state the resource and error and we will review the materials and make any necessary corrections.

I bought a TEFL Lessons membership plan but not through the official website.

Only membership plans purchased through the official TEFL Lessons website (www.tefllessons.com) are legitimate plans. Any plan purchases made outside of these official channels are considered illegal. We regularly do audits of our users. An illegally purchased plan can result in the suspension and termination of the account, including the loss of the designs created. Any illegal accounts found may also be subject to a permanent ban from using TEFL Lessons.

I received a TEFL Lessons membership plan offer from an individual for a minimal price, is this legitimate?

No, please refer to our membership options page for this.

Are TEFL Lessons membership plans sold on other social media platforms and websites?

No, TEFL Lessons membership is only sold on www.tefllessons.com.

I can’t reach the (unauthorized) seller anymore. I need my money back!

We’re very sorry but cannot provide refunds for purchases made through unauthorized sellers. This is in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
