I cannot log in, register, or download materials. What should I do?

Sometimes, this can be a browser caching issue. Try the following:

1. Clear your browser cache.
2. Try using a different browser.
3. Try incognito/private mode.
4. If you can log in but cannot access materials, make sure you are logged into the correct account. You may have two accounts and only one has a premium membership.

If these steps don’t work, please contact us. Please include as much information as possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.

How do I change my password and username?

If you are logged out, you can reset your password. Check your spam folder if you donโ€™t receive the email.
If logged in, you can change your password and username in your account area.

I contacted TEFLlessons.com, but I haven’t heard back in 48 hrs. What should I do?

Check your spam/junk folder. If our reply is there, mark it as โ€œnot spamโ€ and move it to your inbox. If you still canโ€™t find anything, please contact us again.

How do I download materials?

To download free materials, first create a free account and log in.

To download premium materials, purchase a 6-month or 12-month membership, then log in and click โ€œDownloadโ€ on any resource page.

For best results when printing PDFs, use Adobe Acrobat (free).

Can I pause my membership?

No, it is no longer possible to pause membership access.

How do I become a member?

View our membership options here. You can register for a free account or choose a 6-month, 12-month, or School Package plan.

How can I order an invoice?

Please contact us and we will generate one for you.

Is it possible to pause my membership?

Premium Annual plans may be paused once per 12-month membership. Contact us to arrange this.

Can I cancel my account?

Yes, you can cancel your account at any time. Please note we cannot offer refunds once premium access has been used. See our Terms & Conditions for details.

How can I use your materials?

Here is what you can and cannot do under your TEFL Lessons membership:

โ€ข Share your screen during lessons (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
โ€ข Send student versions to your learners for lessons you are teaching, including occasional homework.
โ€ข Display teacher answers on your screen while teaching.
โ€ข Print student copies for your own students.

โ€ข Sending teacher copies, answer keys, or teacher notes to students.
โ€ข Sharing any TEFL Lessons files with other teachers.
โ€ข Uploading our PDFs to public websites, social media, shared drives, or LMS platforms accessible by multiple teachers.
โ€ข Redistributing materials in bulk, reselling, republishing, or creating derivative works.

Legal notice (simplified):
All TEFL Lessons materials, branding, and content are protected by copyright. You may not copy, modify, publish, distribute, or exploit our intellectual property in any way. You may not use our name, logo, or branding on your own website or materials. Misuse may result in account suspension and legal action, as per our Terms & Conditions.

Where can I find the Answer Key and Pronunciation Guide?

These are included in the Teacherโ€™s Notes inside the teacher copy.

How do I search for materials?

Use the search bar or the drop-down menu under โ€œAll Materialsโ€ on the homepage.

Do you offer a free trial?

We donโ€™t offer a free trial of Premium Membership, but we do provide over 100 free materials you can download with a free account.

I can’t see my welcome email. What should I do?

Check your spam/junk folder. If itโ€™s there, mark it as โ€œnot spamโ€. If you still canโ€™t find it, contact us.

I found an error in a resource. What should I do?

Please contact us with the resource name and details of the error so we can fix it.

I bought a TEFL Lessons membership elsewhere.

Only purchases made through tefllessons.com are valid. Other sellers are illegal, and such accounts will be suspended.

I received a TEFL Lessons offer from someone online. Is it legitimate?

No. Memberships are only sold on our official website.

Are memberships sold on other social media or websites?

No. TEFL Lessons membership is only sold on tefllessons.com.

I want a refund from an unauthorized seller. What can I do?

Unfortunately, we cannot refund purchases made outside our official website. See our Terms & Conditions.

I saw a TEFL Lessons discount online. Is it real?
