This Question Tags lesson introduces students to question tags/tag questions in various tenses.

It starts with an introduction and focus on forming question tags with the present simple. This is followed by an exercise to practise the form. Next, the lesson focuses on intonation in question tags, followed by a speaking exercise. After that, the students read and do some exercises based on a dialogue which contains question tags in various tenses (past simple, present continuous, going to, and present perfect) and with the modal verb can. Finally, there is an another speaking task to practise the question tags in these tenses, and a revision section to consolidate what they have learned.
