This Mixed Conditionals: Type 1 ESL lesson focuses on mixed conditionals with a past imaginary condition and a present result. It begins with a brief overview of simple conditionals before revising the second and third conditional forms. The students then analyse type 1 mixed conditional sentences.
Following this, there is focus on using continuous forms and alternative modals in mixed conditionals. Finally, there are various practice exercises including a speaking task.
