Passive Speaking Task (A2)

Level:  This is most suited to A2 level students. However, it can be used with B1 level as a revision exercise.

Time:  20 minutes + (depending on the development of conversation).

This is a true or false quiz and speaking task to help students develop fluency & accuracy in the use of the passive voice. It contains passive structures with the Present Simple and Past Simple.

We have a teacher’s copy (including teacher’s notes and answers) and a student version which you can email to your class for online lessons. If teaching in a classroom, print the teacher’s copy, as you will need to give page 1 to students.
