Level: This is most suited to B1 level but could also be used with a strong A2-level class after studying feelings adjectives or as revision at B2- level.
Time: 1.5 hours +
This Adjectives with Prepositions lesson begins with an introduction followed by an exercise to test the students’ current knowledge of adjectives followed by prepositions including, proud of, fed up with, famous for, afraid of, interested in, worried about and more.
Next, there are language notes focussing on common patterns and exceptions. Then, the students will look at adjective and preposition pairings which are followed by gerunds. Finally there is some writing and conversation practice.
