Basic Phrasal Verbs (1)

Level: This is most suited to A1, but can be used as revision at A2 level.

Time: 1.5 hours + (depending on level).

This basic phrasal verbs lesson focuses on 17 common phrasal verbs (come in, fill in, get off, get on, get up, go out, look after, pick up, put down, put on, sit down, stand up, take off, turn off, turn on, and wake up). It includes grammar explanations and exercises to practise the structures with the Present and Past Simple.

We have a teacher’s copy (including teacher’s notes, an answer key, and a pronunciation guide) and a student version which you can email to your class for online lessons.
