Prepositions of Movement Game

Level: This is suited to A1+/A2- level students.

Time: 20 mins + (depending on level).  

This Prepositions of Movement Game is a great follow-up to our Prepositions of Movement lesson. Students take turns to choose a card and act out the sentence shown to their group. The student who guesses the most sentences correctly wins the game. It provides practice of various prepositions of movement, including into, onto, out of, away, away from, toward(s), up, down, around, across, under, over, past and off.  

It includes teacher’s notes and an answer key.
