Level:  This is most suited to B1 / B2-  level students.

Time:  1.5 hours (depending on the length of speaking tasks and level).

This is a lesson focussing on language for complaining about products and services. It includes conversation questions, reading dialogues, vocabulary focus, focus on language for making and dealing with complaints, a role play and a vocabulary revision race.

We have a teacher’s copy (including teacher’s notes, a pronunciation guide and an answer key) and a student version which you can email to your class for online lessons.
